In a Rut? Yeah, so was I. Here's what I did!

It's been a few weeks since I posted.  I just had to write about what I've been up to this past week with my workouts!  I did Carey Adam's 5 Day Challenge she hosts on her Running Moms Facebook group!  I loved it because the workouts are quick (generally 30 minutes or less) and no special equipment needed.  The challenge is free, and women are on the group cheering each other on.  She really focuses on building strength where runners need it to stay injury-free.  So key.
